The AARA Verified Member badge tells homeowners a repair company has been reviewed against a published national standard — not just a paid ad slot.

Step 1

Apply

Submit your company details, service area, license/insurance information, and website via the membership application.

Step 2

Attest & Document

Sign the Code of Standards attestation and provide proof of insurance and any required local licensing.

Step 3

Get Verified

Approved companies receive a directory profile with a link to their website, the Verified Member badge for web and vehicle use, and annual renewal.

What the Badge Means

Verified status is attestation- and documentation-based, renewed annually, and revocable on documented standards violations. It complements — and does not replace — manufacturer authorizations, EPA Section 608 refrigerant certification, and technician credentials such as PSA's CAP/MCAP programs, which we encourage members to pursue.
